Between 2016-2017, I mentored youth at the Gateway Theatre Academy, first as an Assistant Playwriting Instructor and then as a Playwriting Instructor. Gateway's Playwriting C class helps young people find their voices while working both on the page and on their feet, exploring their story and applying the foundations of playwriting. At the end of the year, students complete a script and receive public readings by professional actors at SceneFirst Jr.
